I tried a 3.2.4 Beta version from the hibernate tools package, but it doesn't seem to be recognized in my environment (could be doing something wrong).  In general is there a better way to track down the dependencies to these plugins rather than identifying the build errors and then tracking down the plugin?  If there isn't that's fine, just trying to make sure that I'm not making this harder than it should be.
